Ready for the Elemental Ball

Oh man this one took me longer than I would say. The dress was a pain I'm still no good at doing the wavy parts of a dress and this one has a lot of 'waves'. Let's not even begin talking about the fingers.

Any who, yup this is my OC Starlight Fanell getting ready for the Elemental Ball, which oddly enough is held every year on the same days, same hour, same place, yet in a different realm.

I don't know, I might hold a contest for the coloring of this one. Not very sure. What do you guys think?
